Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic: development and implementation of target structure to achieve target profit

  • Operational: target allocation towards domains within PL and measure controlling (PDCA)

  • Support for Product Line – P&L with focus on project, product, customer drivers of Product Line – result

  • Support for coordination of OP/ SP processes in Product Line (incl. Interface to Functions)

  • Support for forecasting process in respective Product Line

  • Understanding of plan vs. actual deviations to enable steering of responsible Functions

  • Preparation of steering implications for Product Line Controller based on functional deviations (e.g. PPV, FCM)

  • Analysis and conclusions for PL-steering with regards to project-, product and customer result

  • Support in ad-hoc analyses and requirements

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Flexibility in analytics, concepts and organization / processes

  • Good knowledge of the programming language ‘C’ with software design (e.g. UML, Rhapsody,

  • Experience in Business/ Controlling activities

  • English (fluent) in order to act globally

  • Strong ability of communication and mediation between the interfaces
