What do you have to offer?

• Native: French.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Service-oriented, pragmatic, and flexible mindset.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Keen interest in Human Resources.
• Good knowledge of Excel is required.

Which task can you expect?

• Handle client communication, via phone and email.
• Pre- and Post-payroll activities
• Manage content and administration of client files:

• Guide clients through the procedure.
• Ensure adherence to the calendar’s steps.
• Process administrative data accurately and timely.
• Prepare documents and deliver them promptly to clients
