How you will contribute?

• Ability to make extensive creative research, materials and components sourcing and technical sketches.
• Works cross-functionally with Leather Goods Design team, Product Development team, Atelier and Merchandising to develop successful Leather Goods collections.
• Ability to work closely with other design team members to help develop cohesive collections within the given deadlines.
• Collaborates with technical teams on all aspects of fit.
• Oversees design boards. Ensures that all boards are done timely and meet the calendar deadlines.
• Creates & delivers product presentations.

Who you are?

• At least 3 years design experience in a Leather Goods.
• Graduating from a Fashion Design School
• Technical knowledge of leather goods design & product development process.
• Strong Design-software skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong organizational, time management, written & verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
• Excellent taste level & brand awareness.
• Strong sense of color and materials.
• Strong sketching skills.
• Extremely rigorous and detail oriented.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
