An inclusive brand with exclusive products Bottega Veneta is as much of a feeling as it is an aesthetic.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Printemps Haussmann.Your opportunityAchieve store and individual sales targetMaximize the business potential of the store and the sales by category in line with company strategyCoach, motivate, retain and evaluate staff, ensuring people collaborate, share information and work for the good of the teamCollaborate to staff recruitingDrive the team to fully embrace a clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationships with clientsUphold respect of Bottega Veneta standards and proceduresEnsure an efficient use of the client book and of the CRMMonitor stock organization and flow of merchandiseMaximize the existing customers and enlarge the new client baseCoach store staff on excellence in customer service in alignment with company standardsCollaborate with all the support function in HeadquarterUnderstand, apply the company policies and procedures and ensure team members are informed accordinglyWho you areExcellent management and organizational skills, ability to adapt, strong results orientationProven experience of about 5 years in the role of Store Manager or the management of particularly complex retail structuresStrong analytical – numerical sensitivity and competence in the management of budget
