Job summary

RBG Kew’s Living Collection is arguably the most diverse plant collection in cultivation in the world. These roles, working as part of the Arboretum team, involves working within Kew’s Temperate collections.

These positions cover a wide range of areas within the Temperate Arboretum Section, including, the Rhododendron Dell, the Cottage Grounds, our Deutzia and Ribes collections, as well as the Lily Pond and environs.

Job description

These collections are important components of Kew’s living heritage landscape and visitor offer, and it is critical that they are kept to a high standard. The successful applicant will have an eye for detail, pride in their work and a passion for plants.

Person specification

Experience of working in horticulture, caring for a range of woody and herbaceous plants and turf, is essential. Additional person specification requirements can be seen in the job profile.
