Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily operations of Haematology & Coagulation sections.
* Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results.
* Maintain high standards of quality control and assurance.
* Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff and trainees.
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain laboratory instruments.

Requirements:

* Relevant degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent.
* HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist.
* Experience in Haematology and Coagulation preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
