We have a strong focus on academic excellence and personal development, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Biology Teacher to join our successful Science department.About the Role:We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-qualified Biology Teacher to inspire and engage our students. The successful candidate will have excellent subject knowledge, a passion for Biology, and a proven ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of all abilities.Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering high-quality Biology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 if applicable)
• Assessing and monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
• Contributing to the development of the Biology curriculum
• Working collaboratively with colleagues in the Science department and across the school
• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
• Participating in school events and activities

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A strong academic background in Biology
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Biology
• Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons
• A commitment to high standards of achievement and behaviour
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
