Tétris is making a significant investment to enhance its BIM capability and we are looking to appoint a Country/Hub BIM & VDC Manager to enhance our regional BIM activities.The person in this role will be responsible for the implementation and supervision of the EMEA BIM protocol in their specific Country/Hub, encompassing the entire DESIGN & BUILD project lifecycle.
The person will play a vital role in supporting the digital transformation of the Country/Hub´s company operations.What this job involves

• A clear understanding of the company business requirements and BIM objectives at the organizational level.
• Administration of the Country Hub Projects into the EMEA’s CDE (Common Data Environment) platform, set up applications and provide user access, support and technical guidance.
• Manage and report on the Country Hub implementation of BIM technology and tools, training, and communication.
• Ensure consistency of all the standards and tools and that the agreed EMEA BIM outcomes are achieved at each stage of project delivery.
• Work closely with EMEA BIM Management Team to contribute to the setup and support of data governance and integration processes.
• Work closely with EMEA BIM Management Team in the development of marketing materials to showcase the company’s BIM Capabilities.

• Have a knowledge of BIM workflows and an ability to implement processes and policies.
• Ability to deliver effective training and support.

• Demonstrates initiative in identifying innovative solutions to problems.
