Zakres obowiązków:We are looking for a person who join the team of Billing Team and support us in our daily tasks:
- Perform the monthly pre-billing and billing run
Analyses of pre-billing and billing resultsAnalyses, clarifications and resolutions on errors appearing while billing runCreation of manual invoices and credit notesGeneration of quarter, half year and yearly invoices according to data deliveredAddressing and resolving customer inquiries and disputes related to billingAnswering the clients phone calls; calling back to the customersPerforming price increases in the system incl. preparation of yearly price increaseMonitoring over price groups used in billing, activation new/deactivation of old onePreparation of intercompany invoicesUploading invoices to customer payment portalsProviding reports internal and externalCustomer Acquisition – handling of billing-related activities when a customer is acquired by another entityOczekiwania:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in AR/ Billing / O2CProven track record as a Billing specialistFluent French, Italian and English min. B2/C1 (must) * Knowledge of law and regulations regarding billing, taxation, and best practicesMS Office fluency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Ability to enhance process and controlsVery good customer service skills and client-focus attitude * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of other foreign language would be an asset, especially GreekOferta:
