We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.Role overview: Dentons Business Services EMEA is currently seeking for Billing Specialist to join Europe Team. This role is accountable for variety of billing activities. The main area of focus is ensuring that the whole billing process for assigned Partner’s portfolio is under control.About the role:

  • Performing day-to-day tasks connected with the billing process
  • Comply with the firm’s policies and any other obligations, and effectively manage risks to the firm where those risks relate to this role
  • Ensuring top quality of invoices sent to the Clients
  • Sending out invoices to Clients and submitting e-Billed invoices in e-Billing platforms
  • Coordination of the billing process for the assigned Partners
  • Generation of various WIP reports for the Billing Team members
  • Supporting colleagues and resolving standard cases to meet Client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Partners, Personal Assistants, Local Finance Teams)
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management Team and support in finding improvements of the billing process
  • Ensuring professional relations

Requirements:

  • Professional experience – at least 3 years of experience in the Finance area, and billing will be a huge plus
  • Required presence in the office two days a week
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking (B2/C1 level) – other language (German/French) nice to have
  • Good Legal / Financial knowledge
  • Knowledge of the Elite system and of e-Billing platforms would be an advantage
  • Experience in working with internal and external clients, excellent customer service focus
