We are recruiting for a global provider of motor vehicle claims settlement solutions. Our client provides users, based on an integrated platform of communication and data exchange, with products and services that enable complete, professional and fast handling of the claims process.Billing Accountant with French and ItalianNumer referencyjny: 00119503Miejsce pracy: WarszawaYour responsibilities:

• Generating, reviewing and processing invoices with accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Ensuring that invoices are accurate, complete and in strict compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Processing special billing requests and adjustments

Customer contact * Responding to customer inquiries and concerns related to their accounts

• Analyzing billing data to identify trends, potential problems and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and send reports summarizing billing activities as needed

What we expect?

• University degree in finance, accounting, business or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Czech, Slovak and English min. B2/C1
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of another foreign language will be an added advantage
