Rejoignez-nous pour accompagner les enfants et leurs familles de manière bienveillante.Le posteAs a Montessori educator, under the responsibility of the Director, you will support 25 to 27 children aged 6 to 9, working in tandem with our French-speaking Montessori educator.Your role:The Child

• Deliver Montessori lessons in an engaging, child-centered manner.
• Provide linguistic and cultural immersion in English throughout the day for children, parents, and the team.
• Ensure that each child reaches the A2 level in English (oral comprehension, vocabulary, written and oral expression), relying on our curriculum of presentations and activities designed to achieve this goal.
• Support each child’s physical and emotional development with a caring approach, attending to their individual needs.
• Plan and track each child’s progress

Preparing the Environment

• Create a harmonious and organized learning space.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment that fosters concentration and the children’s growth.

The Team

• Collaborate and communicate respectfully to decide on improvements to the learning environment.
• Share observations and make joint decisions on enhancing the classroom

The Parents

• Establish and maintain regular communication with parents.
• Discuss each child’s progress during scheduled meetings.

Profil recherchéTraining and Experience

• Previous experience is required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• An Montessori diploma or a primary teaching qualification is preferred.

Your qualities and skills are

• strong listening skills, availability, and humility.
• Rigor, autonomy, adaptability, and keen observation skills.
• Proactive mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Type of contract : Permanent contract (CDI)Working hours : Full-time on school days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding Zone C school holidays) from 8 AM to 5 PM. No after-school activities. Team meetings held on Wednesday mornings.Benefits: Ongoing training, reimbursement for public transport or bicycle commuting, and health insurance.Formation et Expérience

• Une expérience préalable est indispensable.
• Maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais oral et écrit.
• Un diplôme Montessori ou un diplôme d’enseignement primaire est souhaité.

Type de contrat : CDIHoraires de travail : Temps plein sur les jours scolaires (lundi, mardi, jeudi, et vendredi, hors vacances scolaires de la Zone C) de 8h à 17h. Pas d’activités périscolaires.
