We value agility, ownership, and are not afraid to challenge the status quo.As a BI Developer, your primary role is to enhance our business reporting capabilities through expert use of Power BI. You will transform the foundational data provided by our engineering teams into actionable, detailed BI reports and dashboards that empower our business users to make data-driven decisions. While your main focus will be on developing and optimizing Power BI solutions, you will also have the opportunity to engage in data warehousing tasks. Although expertise in data warehousing is beneficial, it is not required, as we provide training to ensure you can effectively contribute across our data architecture.You will partner with business teams to understand their data needs, act as an ambassador for the data team, build a professional network, proactively detect new opportunities where data can enable business objectives, and advocate for prioritization. This requires you to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.What we valueMust-Have:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Power BI and capable of creating complex measures using DAX and complex visuals.
• Experience with data modelling techniques (star schema).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically about data.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Passionate about data.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in SQL.
• Knowledge of our current stack (Azure, Databricks, DBT).
• Experience with MS Power Apps.
• Experience with MS Power Automate.
