Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with car doors upon their arrival 
  • Offer guests a warm “Welcome” and a sincere “Farewell” 
  • Able to exert physical effort in placing, removing and transporting guest luggage 
  • Deliver upon check-in and remove luggage upon check-out from guests’ rooms 
  • Handle luggage promptly and safely 
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the driveway and entrance 
  • Handle delivery and storage of guests’ items and baggage 
  • Park safely the guests’ cars in the resort’s parking lot 
  • Check arrival and departure reports to anticipate the guests’ needs 
  • Be familiar with the room’s products and services that are offered, including IT equipment 
  • Perform Mandarin Oriental’s standards in accordance with Legendary Quality Experience’s principles 
  • Perform all the duties as deemed appropriate by management 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Italian and English 
  • Minimum of 1-year-experience in a 5-star luxury hotel 
  • Valid Driving Licence
