– A Behaviour Support Worker provides both classroom and one-on-one support to help students stay focused and engaged.
– As a Behaviour Support Worker you will adapt learning materials and activities to meet the unique needs of students, including those with SEN such as autism or ADHD.
– A Behaviour Support Worker collaborates with the class teacher to tailor learning strategies.
– As a Behaviour Support Worker you will offer emotional support, boosting confidence and encouraging self-esteem.
– Behaviour Support Workers track and monitor progress, working closely with the school’s SENCO to develop and review individualised support plans.What We’re Looking For in a Behaviour Support Worker:– Experience working with vulnerable students in SEMH or PMLD schools is neccessary
