Behaviour Mentor Position
Location: Hillingdon
Start Date: Immediate
Job Type: Full-time, Long-term (2024/2025 Academic Year)Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and engaging environment to facilitate positive behaviour.
• Develop positive relationships to enhance students’ confidence and self-esteem.
• Assist the classroom teacher with behavioral management strategies.
• Provide 1:1 support and guidance to students in small groups.

Requirements:

• Recent experience supporting children or adults with behavioral challenges or additional needs.
• Ready to start immediately as a Behaviour Mentor.
• Willing to apply for or already possess an enhanced DBS on the update service.
