We are seeking a compassionate, confident and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming primary school in Ealing. This role involves providing one-to-one support to a Year 6 pupil, helping them to engage positively in school life, regulate emotions, and reach their full potential both socially and academically.

Key Responsibilities

Provide consistent 1:1 behaviour and emotional support to a Year 6 child
*

Build a trusting, supportive relationship that promotes confidence and resilience
*

Implement behaviour strategies and personalised support plans
*

Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO and pastoral staff
*

Encourage positive learning habits and engagement in lessons
*

Support with de-escalation, emotional regulation and problem-solving

About You

Experience supporting children with behavioural, social or emotional needs (school, youth work or similar settings)
*

Calm, patient and empathetic approach
*

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*

Ability to set clear boundaries and be a positive role model
*

Reliable, committed, and passionate about helping children thrive
