Become an intern at Migrantcirklen – Copenhagen’s new refugee community space – and help us protect basic rights and create better conditions for migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers in Denmark.Do you wish to make a difference for refugees in Denmark? Could you see yourself as part of an organisation that fights for basic rights and social equality and do you want to contribute to meaningful work?If so, now is your chance to join Migrantcirklen’s team as an intern and help us build better opportunities for refugees, migrants and asylum seekers in Denmark.The InternshipIf you enjoy working with people and are good at keeping overview, you might be our new intern in volunteer and activity coordination. Your role will be helping us onboard new volunteers and ensure our activities run smoothly—from childcare and community dinners to welcoming visitors. If you have previous experience with volunteer coordination, please mention what and how much in your application.You don’t have to study anything specific to intern with us. The important thing is that you have genuine passion for our work.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate volunteer schedules for weekly and special events.
  • Plan shifts
  • Co-conduct meetings with new volunteers.
  • Monitor volunteer activity and keep track of our need for new volunteers.
  • Schedule and call in for volunteers meetings.

The internship is unpaid, 20 hrs a week, starting in February or January.All intern work will be done from Migrancirklen at Lundtoftegade, Nørrebro.About usMigrantcirklen is Copenhagen’s new community space for refugees, migrants, and asylum seekers.
