Do you want to give children in vulnerable positions good experiences together with other committed volunteers? Then read on here.We are currently looking for new volunteers for our family experience club in Mariagerfjord municipality. The family experience clubs are our largest voluntary social effort in Denmark, where parents and children aged 5-12 can make new friends and have positive experiences. As a volunteer, you will be part of a dedicated team of volunteers who together make a difference for local children and families.We offer you:

We expect you to:

• Is responsible, empathetic and accommodating
• Want to make a difference for children and families in vulnerable positions
• Will actively participate in planning and running trips and events
• Can support a safe, fun and inclusive community
• Will participate in at least 50% of the activities – i.e. at least 5 times a year, plus planning meetings in the volunteer team

In the family experience clubs, the club’s participants and volunteers meet once a month for shared experiences in the local area. The club is a safe and inclusive community, which provides the framework for, for example, picnics, fishing trips, creative activities and celebrations of holidays such as Shrove Tuesday and Easter.
