You’ve got a good memory, so you can easily remember all of our cocktail recipes and wines, and give the best recommendations based on a quick chat. Chaos is not the norm, but you don’t mind a bit of it – you’re at your best when the restaurant is full and loads of drinks are being ordered. You’re a master at multitasking – you have no problem getting things done, and quickly. Mistakes happen, and you might break a glass or two, but you’re always ready to clean up a mess and keep moving.
