Pish posh, not required!Salary rates as of March 2023Junior Trainee – 120/hr kr Defined as an individual that is scheduled together with others, and cannot hold their position unsupervised.Trainee – 125/hr kr. Defined as an individual that is scheduled together with others, and can hold a basic position unsupervised.Senior Trainee – 130/hr kr Defined as an individual that can to a large degree hold their position, but not without minor to medium faults.Bartender – 25.000 + 5% Annual Profit bonus Defined as a person that can handle foundational proficiency in all 3 major areas, Food, Cocktails & Floor Service.Senior Bartender – 27.500 + 7.5% Annual Profit bonus
