Job Title: Restaurant and bar manager
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Salary: A‚¬3,600 gross per month + bonus

One of the best restaurants in the City is looking for a Restaurant and Bar manager in Amsterdam!

Although compact, this fantastic venue has happened to critical acclaim, has won numerous awards, and he has gone from strength to strength since opening.

Attracting an array of clients from locals, celebrities, and high-end clientele, this fantastic, relaxed restaurant offers some of the best Italian food in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

* Coaching employees and assisting in their further development
* Leading the team, acting as a role model, and ensuring a positive atmosphere
* Organize and supervise shifts
* Hiring the best staff for the restaurant
* Good at setting up KPI’s and action plans to reach them
* Participating in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar and demonstrating your strong service philosophy
* Analysing and responding to guest feedback
* Calculating budgets and implementing strategic planning
* Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

What are we looking for?

* Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
* Proven customer service experience as a manager
* Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
* Acute financial management skills
* BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
* Ability to connect with people and to be part of a team
* Talent to empower the team and promote diversity
* Amazing personality
* Fluent in English
