Bank Support Assistant

Hours between 22:00pm – 08:00am

Your role

-Support customers with mental health needs to build confidence and reach their potential
-Provide a hands-on, high-quality support service
-Encourage daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and community involvement
-Promote social inclusion and help customers develop resilience and self-esteem
-Work with agencies on behalf of customers, encouraging choice and acting as an advocate when needed
-Maintain a safe environment and follow relevant regulations and practices
 

Your skills

-Caring, approachable nature
-Ability to keep accurate records and share information clearly with the team
-Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with customers, families and agencies
-Experience working effectively as part of a team
-Positive and accepting approach to customers whatever their needs
-NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it

-Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
