Financial Institutions unit is part of Group Markets Financial Institutions within the Group Markets division. The unit is responsible for the client coverage of domestic and international financial institutions, payment institutions and the active sales of commercial products like payments & cash management, inter-bank trade finance & guarantees, custody, loans and accounts to this client group. In addition we raise cross-selling opportunities for the Markets and Corporate business and co-ordinate the overall client relationships by setting the main business parameters (income and cost budgets, governance, product and sales strategy) towards this client group. As part of the Relationship Management Team we have overall group-wide responsibility for the business with this client group (across all products), client profitability and internal credit limit management (application, allocation within EG, optimisation), client contacts and entry point function into EG, first line of defense responsibility as well escalation and x-selling tasks.

Your Tasks

• Overall group-wide responsibility for the business with your Financial Institution clients (across all products)
• Client profitability and internal credit limit management (application, allocation within EG, optimisation)
• First line of defense responsibility as well as KYC support, escalation and direct sales (trade finance/guarantees, lending) and x-selling tasks
• Contribution to project work related to the Financial Institutions client segment

Your Background

• Ideally university degree or equivalent in business administration or economics or long term business experience with this customer group
• 4-5 years experience in international banking – FI, Transaction Banking (Cash&Trade) or Large Corporates area
• Strong knowledge in interbank products including payments/cash management, trade finance, custody and lending
• Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours including over-time
• KDB/Cockpit/ZKI, CRM, PAM Reporting, and other standard apps
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent in German and English, CEE and/or other languages are of advantage
