Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. The role involves delivering high-quality therapy services to patients with complex needs, supporting their recovery, and promoting independence in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a varied caseload of patients, delivering tailored occupational therapy interventions.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
* Conduct assessments, set patient goals, and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff and students as required.

Key Requirements:

* HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Proven NHS experience in managing a complex caseload.
* Strong knowledge of current practices in rehabilitation and occupational therapy.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
