Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Acute Occupational Therapy team within Front Door Services. This role focuses on rapid assessments and essential interventions for patients in urgent care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct quick, high-quality assessments for patients at the front door of acute services.
* Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support recovery and facilitate discharge planning.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

* HCPC registration and Band 6 experience in an acute setting.
* Strong assessment and intervention skills in fast-paced environments.
