Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team at Mid Cheshire Trust, focusing on acute orthopaedics and medical wards. You will provide expert rehabilitation services, helping patients regain independence and achieve their optimal level of function.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess, plan, and implement treatment programs for patients in acute orthopaedics and medical settings.
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.
* Manage a complex caseload and ensure timely discharge planning.
* Provide advice, education, and support to patients and their families.

Key Requirements:

* HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
* Experience in acute orthopaedics and medical rehabilitation.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to independently manage a caseload and make clinical decisions.
