Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to provide compassionate and person-centered care to patients with diverse mental health needs, contributing to their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
* Promote a therapeutic environment, ensuring patient safety and dignity at all times.
* Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and legal requirements.

Requirements

* NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RNMH).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience in mental health settings (preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses).
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
