Exciting Opportunity for a Band 4 Senior Secretary/Personal Assistant!

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is actively searching for a skilled Senior Secretary to join our clients within the healthcare sector at The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service, Belfast.

Rate of Pay: 12.86 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance, including drafting and typing correspondence, audio transcription, and data entry and processing.
Diary Management: Organise and maintain calendars, ensuring the Operational Lead is well-prepared for meetings with appropriate agendas and supporting documents.
Document Production: Utilise Microsoft Office applications to create high-quality documents, presentations, and reports, as well as manage data input using Microsoft Access.
Payroll Management: Review and file monthly pay and hours for HEMS doctors and paramedics accurately.
Communication Management: Handle incoming emails, faxes, and postal correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritisation of issues for effective resolution.

Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Minimum of one year s experience in Administration or five GCSEs at grade C and above.

Previous experience as a Personal Secretary or a Senior Secretary would be advantageous.
