A rewarding opportunity for an enthusiastic and calm person to be part of our admin team within B&NES Primary Care Talking Therapies Service, based at Bath NHS House, Bath. We are a motivated and friendly team and we are looking for someone who enjoys keeping busy, taking part in team projects and who works with colleagues and clients with honesty and kindness. This being said, we have high expectations for accuracy and flexibility in order to meet the needs of our clients and the wider team. Part time working would be considered at 30hrs per week for the right candidate.

Being an excellent team player with the ability to prioritise, you should have a good understanding of information governance. Strong personal resilience is essential.

Having experience of working with IAPTus would be an advantage, although full training is provided.

This role involves administration duties as well as telephone based work and therefore the post holder needs to have excellent telephone skills. Reception cover occasionally be required.

You will be the first point of contact for clients to self refer into the service which is done mainly by telephone. Additionally, part of the role is having the ability to maintain an accurate appointment system for all practitioners within Team. The role involves managing appointments on the system to include recording all details on IAPTus.
