As a baker you are responsible for preparing and baking different types of bread and pastries. RequirementsYou have experience as a baker and know how to prepare dough and bake products correctly. You are familiar with baking techniques, ingredients, and recipes, and can maintain high quality standards in a production environment. Experience with quality control and solving production problems is crucial. In addition, a thorough knowledge of hygiene and safety rules in an industrial bakery is necessary. You are able to keep the workplace clean and organized according to HACCP standards.
