• 3+ years of experience in Backend/Data Engineering roles.
• Proficiency with distributed technologies and high-scale distributed cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience designing and optimizing large-scale systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
