Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesJoin our Back-Office team and enjoy working in collaborative environment in French language!If you like to work with system and documents, here you have possibility to manage and administrate service contracts. 💻📑Your tasks:

• Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,
• Create agreed contract features relevant for appropriate services,
• Invoice of contract, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
• Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents,
• Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.
• Respond to customer e-mail enquiries related to contract maintenance,
• Cooperate with business partners in countries supported by the team.

What You Need to Succeed

• Previous professional experience in similar positions,
• Very good knowledge of French and English (min. B2 level – you’ll be using it on a daily basis),
• Well-developed MS Office skills,
• Quick perception, excellent attention to detail,
• Ability to work according to clearly defined rules and focus on time frames.

That will be your additional asset:

• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system.
