Position Summary

As B2C Product Marketing & Activation manager, you’re responsible for managing and coordinating the B2C product portfolio of machines, implementing global product launches, and adapting them to meet market needs. You will also define the strategy and implement the machine promotional plan for both Direct and Trade channels. Additionally, the B2C Product Marketing & Activation manager will play a key role in the launch of the circular offer for machines, RELOVE.

A day in the life of a B2C Product Marketing & Activation manager

  • Build and share expertise of the machine market, trends, and competition by conducting annual deep dives and sharing insights across teams.

  • Implement global product launches, manage the local product strategy, and conduct pre- and post-evaluations of launches.

  • Manage the product portfolio for both systems (Original and Vertuo line) and channels, reviewing performance and coordinating the launch of RELOVE in Belgium.

  • Define and implement the machine promotional plan, conducting evaluations and aligning with trade on investment priorities.

  • Participate in building the yearly plans, sharing market learnings, reviewing performance, and establishing strategy and budget.

  • Drive the Monthly Business cycle for machines by preparing, participating in meetings and creating a list of risks and opportunities.

What will make you successful

  • University degree in marketing, commercial, or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Category, Product, and/or Brand Manager.

  • Experience in project management, particularly with complex projects.

  • Good understanding of value chain analysis and all functional areas of the business.

  • Strong product and category management knowledge.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze information from various sources.

  • Planning and execution skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and lead various projects.

  • Curiosity, solution-seeking mindset, and drive to achieve goals.

  • Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English (written and spoken).
