Location: Blackburn (Office-based with opportunities for travel and working at shows and expos)
Salary: £25,000 basic with huge earning potential from uncapped commission on top

About Our Client:
A leading B2B supplier in the pop culture and collectibles industry, dedicated to bringing the best and most exciting products to fans and collectors worldwide. Our client’s extensive range of products includes everything from action figures and memorabilia to exclusive limited editions and fan-favourite merchandise. It’s not all they do, they also supply toys, housewares, stationery, among other categories. We are an established business supplying 28 countries, this number is growing!
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1-3 years of B2B sales experience.
Personality: A great conversationalist with a dynamic personality that can engage and excite clients.
Drive: Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for success.
Office based but with a clean license to be able to get out and see customers.
B2B Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
– Build and maintain strong relationships with large, international clients (e.g., retailers, distributors).
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
-Conduct regular check-ins and provide updates on product offerings, promotional campaigns, and new merchandise lines.
Sales Strategy & Execution
-Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for different international markets.
– Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying growth opportunities and expanding client accounts.
– Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with large clients, ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships.
Product Knowledge & Promotion
– Stay up-to-date on pop culture trends, popular licenses, and consumer preferences within the merchandise sector.
– Provide clients with expert guidance on product selections that fit their audience and market needs.
– Understand the full product line, including new releases, best-sellers, and special edition items.
Account Management & Reporting
– Monitor account performance, ensuring clients are satisfied with products and services.
– Maintain detailed records of client interactions, orders, and account growth.
– Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, outlining performance, sales pipelines, and upcoming opportunities.
Trade Shows & Networking
– Attend trade shows, conventions, and industry events to build connections and promote merchandise.
– Stay informed on new licensing agreements and emerging pop culture trends that could lead to new business opportunities.
Customer Service & Support
– Ensure that after-sales support is provided, such as handling product issues or resolving delivery problems.
– Provide post-sale analysis and recommendations for client future needs and merchandising strategies.
