B+ Marketing Portfolio Manager

Based in Gemenos (France), we are looking for a :
Marketing & Portfolio Manager B+
Reporting to the B+ Equipment General Manager, this role will be accountable for leading the marketing and product management efforts for our B+ Solutions (Over $50M net trade sales worldwide). Responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy aligned with Global Strategies, overseeing product portfolio management, and driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
Main Responsabilities :
Marketing Strategy:

-Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals, focusing on brand positioning, market share growth, and customer acquisition.
-Responsible for content creation, digital marketing, product marketing, and public relations.
-Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies.
Product Portfolio Management:

-Oversee the product lifecycle management for the entire protective packaging portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
-Work closely with R&D, operations, and sales to ensure product innovations meet market demands and company standards.
-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for new product development and portfolio optimization.
-Define and manage pricing strategies with clear value proposition for all products to maximize profitability.
Market Research & Customer Insights:

-Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
-Develop and leverage customer insights to inform marketing and product development strategies.
-Ensure customer feedback is integrated into product and service enhancements.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

-Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, portfolio performance, and product launches.
-Utilize KPIs and analytics to track customer engagement, sales performance, and market share.
-Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing activities and portfolio strategies
Qualifications and Experience:

-5 years’ experience in B2B Marketing in a manufacturing company; spending some time in product marketing
-Marketing premium / value-based products (not commodities)
-Involved with businesses that have multiple product lines, more complex /demanding in nature; portfolio management with competing priorities, capex and I&D needs
-Marketing both consumables an equipment (and successfully tying the two together)
-Industry experience in packaging is preferred
-Fluent in French & English
