DOMAINS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Work with AXA Companies to identify the AWS services required to enable business applications and data in the AWS cloud, help ensure the usage of leading practices in terms of architecture, security and integration with the existing AXA landscape. Contribute to ensure AXA entities are onboarding projects into AWS by leveraging the existing and extended AWS services and capabilities of the AWS Competency Center.

Key Accountabilities Specific Activities

– Supports a team towards being the best version of itself – Lead & encourage team spirit and teamwork within the team – Guide the team on reaching self-organization and getting the most value out of it – Guide the team on using Agile practices and values to maximize value – Create a safe environment where issues can be shared & discussed in order to be solved – Lead the Kaizen mindset for the team in their everyday work

– Helps people grow and learn – Identify & act on opportunities for team members to grow (KT, Feedbacks sessions, Shadowing…) – Help and coach Product Owner to create and maintain the team’s backlog, to prioritize by value, to communicate with stakeholders… – Help and coach squad members so that the team can deliver the most value in the best way – Lead by example

– Facilitates workshops and make decision making easier – Facilitate discussions and workshops to make sure that the goal is clear and optimal value is reached – Facilitate decision making in the team and with stakeholders – Facilitate conflict resolutions

– Owns the team process – Own the team process by understanding it end-to-end and making it visible (Kanban, Value Stream Mapping…) – Measure regularly its efficiency with actionable KPIs and lead Kaizen mindset to improve it continuously (Guide team in defining them, make sure they are measured, targets are defined, action plan is followed…) – Manage & remove impediments hindering the team (when they cannot remove them themselves)

• Embodies transparency & proactively communicate – Provide transparent team status visualization to know how the team is doing(Velocity, Retrospective…) – Manage and keep updated actionable & valuable Team KPI – Transparently share successes & failures of the team for others to learn through events – Take an active role in internal communication about the team transformation and lessons learned – Be curious and proactively be on the lookout for what is happening outside (internally and externally) that could be used by your team – Take an active part in Agile and Scrum Master Communities of Practice – Promote and encourage team members to take an active role in other communities depending on their skills & interests

· Be recognized as a subject matter expert for Safe & Scrum Agile practices in AXA

o Teaching & Coaching skills, Communication skills

o Ability to adapt depending on the audience (Technical experts, Product managers, Heads of departments)

· Mastery of Agile Practices :

o Good knowledge of coaching techniques and coaching stances (coach stance: listening, questioning and providing feedbacks)

o Good knowledge of Product Management techniques (Product Vision, Story Mapping, Product Backlog…) and

· Value-based prioritization

o Good knowledge of Agile product management methods and associated tools (Visual management, Agile indicators, Visual management, Agile KPI)

o Mastery of the conception and redaction of User Stories (BDD, TDD knowledge are also welcomed)

o Mastery of Scrum and Kanban practices (especially rituals such as daily meetings, retrospectives, demos…)

o Mastery of workshops organization and practices facilitation

o Good knowledge of Agile and Innovative games’ facilitation

Qualifications

· BSBA degree in Computer Information System or equivalent, (or) 5+ years’ equivalent pratical experience as a scrum master and at least 1 year in an AWS competency center

· 2 + years’ experience and expert knowledge in Amazon Web Services technologies

· Experience in large heterogeneous server infrastructure environment

· Experience in Application Lifecycle Management

· 3 years hands-on experience in JIRA, Klaxoon

· Current certification in Agile scrum master Safe or Scrum.

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· At minima Fluent in English (nice if Fluent French)

· Ability to work in an international context, with remote teams, in a matrix organization

· Ability to work in a collaborative environment, as well as independently

· Ability to interact with clients on a regular basis

· Ability to perform pre-sales activity

· Business acumen

Nice to have

· Knowledge of service management

· Familiarity with ITIL, configuration, capacity and change management
