• Assist Client with streamlining and automating the Customer Issues Resolution (CIR) process for resolution of pricing and billing issues between Client and its customers.
• Lead / guide the team to accomplish the project goals through a series of software releases, with various business processes automated in each release.
• Collaborate with Client stakeholders including Business Analysts, Architects, and the Testing team to understand the business and functional requirements, testing methodology, and work done in previous releases and plans for future releases, to drive the outcomes for the current release.

YOUR PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience in architecting cloud (AWS) infrastructure and solutions

• Proficiency in AWS development and familiarity with the following services: Amazon AppFlow, AWS Glue and Amazon Athena, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, Amazon DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation (all the resources in all environments are created following the IaaC approach)
• Python including object oriented programming aspects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce API
• Strong experience leading and managing projects with client/customer facing roles
• Higher education degree.
