We are looking for an highly certified architect with deep cross-vendor domain knowledge, able to work externally with partners, vendors and end customers to develop complex and bespoke technology solutionsWhat you’ll do:Helps define appropriate multi-technology solutions to meet customer needs by engaging with end users and resellers.Responsible for project management of internal and external (vendor and partner) resources in delivering complex, multi-vendor technical solutions to end usersSome support of internal and external sales teams to deliver technical quotes in line with defined service level agreements (SLA’s)Develop and manage customer relationships with appropriate contacts.Deliver sales and technical enablement training internally to TD SYNNEX sales teams or externally to the reseller base (not a core competency)Respond to queries or customer care issues in a timely mannerDeal with daily product/solution design requests from internal/external sales and resellersUtilize the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support sales activity and improve partner utilization ratesWhat we’re kindly looking for:4 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.Excellent level of EnglishExperience creating SOWs and Project PlansCertified in AWS and optionally other cloud platformsPrevious experience working with development and product management teamsComfortable learning and creating content for workshops, main stage events, and in-depth enablement sessions​What We Offer:We provide competitive compensation with annual salary reviews.Fully remote In Europe or Hybrid work in Barcelona, Madrid, Warsaw, Lisbon.We value continuous learning and provide a clear progression plan.We provide comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid leave, retirement plans, and more.#LI-LT1#LI-REMOTE#LI-HYBRIDKey SkillsWhat’s In It For You?
