Position: Aviation Sales Manager
Location: Mobile (based from home)
Salary: £60,000 + Bonus + Company Car
Hours: 38.75 hrs per week M-F Days
Benefits Package: Pension 6% employer, 5% employee, 33 days holiday (including statutory), death in service 3x annual salary, company sick pay scheme
Aviation Sales Manager Opportunity

Aviation Sales Manager key responsibilities
– Take ownership of your territory and drive growth across our full airport products portfolio.
– Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with airlines, handling agents, airport service providers, and MROs.
– Proactively win new business while developing existing accounts through trust, insight, and exceptional service.
– Hit and exceed sales targets across equipment, hire, service, and refurbishment contracts.
– Partner with internal teams to create innovative, customer-focused solutions.
– Represent the business with professionalism, energy, and a genuine passion for aviation.
Aviation Sales Manager experience required
– A proven track record in sales and business development combined with a solid understanding and Knowledge of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) or aviation systems
– Experience of large organisations and / or local authority tender processes
– Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
– Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
– A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and loves the buzz of closing a deal.
– Flexibility to travel throughout the UK
– Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
– Full UK driving licence
