Automotive Telesales Executive / Appointment Maker

Shift pattern: 5 days a week including regular weekends (Working times: Weekdays 10:00-19:00, Weekends: 10:00-16:00)

Basic Salary: 26,000 per annum + Uncapped commission (realistic OT 40K+)

We are currently working with a big player in the used car market who are on the lookout for a new team of superstar Telesales Executives.

This is a busy role where you will speak to new customers every single day. Product knowledge, a helpful nature and fantastic attention to detail will be paramount for yours and the businesses success.

What’s the role doing?

The majority of the role will consist of conducting outbound calls to leads generated from the website as well as receiving inbound enquiries.

You will be targeted on converting enquiries into on-site appointments at the many used Car Showrooms across the UK.

You will also take deposits from customers and up sell finance packages.

So what do i need to be considered?

A minimum of 12 months Telesales experience – any motor trade experience is beneficial.

Flawless communication skills – to ability to build rapport and understand the customer’s needs.

Confident in handling objections and persuading otherwise!

What will I receive in return?

A permanent role from day one.

Unlimited earning potential – realistic OTE is 42,000- 45,000 however the sky is the limit
