About the Opportunity:Join our esteemed luxury car dealership in Cheltenham and become the welcoming face of our showroom. We’re seeking a personable and professional individual to create unforgettable experiences for our guests, leveraging your exceptional customer service skills and administrative expertise.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Extend a warm welcome to all showroom visitors, providing attentive assistance from the moment they arrive.
• Collaborate closely with the brand manager to ensure seamless operations and uphold our brand standards.
• Build rapport with customers, understanding their preferences and showcasing the unique features of our luxury vehicles.
• Take charge of assigning sales leads to our Sales Executives, ensuring personalized attention for each potential customer.
• Keep our administrative tasks running smoothly by completing daily reports and handling other essential duties.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in admin is a must, this can be demonstrated as in a transferable skill.
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service is essential.
• Attention to detail is key, ensuring a flawless experience for every visitor.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages is preferred to streamline administrative tasks.
