About the Opportunity:Join our esteemed luxury car dealership in Cheltenham and become the welcoming face of our showroom. We’re seeking a personable and professional individual to create unforgettable experiences for our guests, leveraging your exceptional customer service skills and administrative expertise.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Extend a warm welcome to all showroom visitors, providing attentive assistance from the moment they arrive.
- Collaborate closely with the brand manager to ensure seamless operations and uphold our brand standards.
- Build rapport with customers, understanding their preferences and showcasing the unique features of our luxury vehicles.
- Take charge of assigning sales leads to our Sales Executives, ensuring personalized attention for each potential customer.
- Keep our administrative tasks running smoothly by completing daily reports and handling other essential duties.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in admin is a must, this can be demonstrated as in a transferable skill.
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service is essential.
- Attention to detail is key, ensuring a flawless experience for every visitor.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages is preferred to streamline administrative tasks.
