Are you motivated by the challenges in a production department? Do you want to be part of a strong team with high expertise, challenging processes, and tight deadlines? Then you might be our new colleague in Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) – Finished Products Manufacturing (FPM) in Kalundborg.

The Position

We are looking for an IT/OT Supporter who is passionate about daily operational support for our production facilities in Kalundborg. In collaboration with the team and our end users, you will ensure that production runs optimally and complies with applicable regulations. In addition to this, documentation and knowledge sharing will also be a part of your daily tasks, as we have a strong focus on IT compliance.

On a daily basis, you will support the operation of IT systems and automation equipment in accordance with current quality and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements. Your work will include troubleshooting production software, qualifying IT and automation changes, and updating documentation.

You will have the opportunity to participate in projects that upgrade both old and new IT systems to today’s standards, which will also provide excellent opportunities for professional development.

Your workday will be varied and at times packed, as the IT system and automation equipment are critical to production. You will handle your tasks in close dialogue with many different teams both inside and outside the department, where you will play a central role. Additionally, you will join a rotating on-call schedule with your colleagues, supporting users outside regular working hours 24/7/365—mostly by phone.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have the following qualifications, but don’t hesitate regardless:

-You have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in IT, OT, Automation, Technology, Process Engineering, or a related field, or you have more than two years of experience in IT/OT support.
-It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Siemens PLCs, IT infrastructure, SCADA (iFIX), and servers in a Windows domain environment.
-Familiarity with GMP regulations, especially IT compliance, as well as an understanding of documentation, configuration management, and IT system qualification, is an extra plus. But most importantly, you are eager to learn.
-You speak fluent Danish (both written and spoken) and have good command of English.

As a person, you are naturally social and positive. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and you willingly share your knowledge. Additionally, you work systematically, and you are committed to both your work and your colleagues. You are used to collaborating and communicating across different disciplines in a complex stakeholder environment, and you have the ability to manage a heavy workload without losing focus.

Feeling overwhelmed by job requirements and unsure if you’re 100% qualified? Don’t let that stop you! We encourage you anyway, as your profile may surprise us and fit our needs better than you think. So, take the leap and submit your application.
