Your responsibilities in this role:

-supervising and maintaining proper functioning of automatization and electro systems in the plant
-optimizing the parameters of the automatization system components (PLC devices, frequency transformers, operator panels, glide liners, process computers and servers, network devices, actuators, measuring devices, sensors, cameras, robotic manipulators) and optimize performance of machines and production lines
-maintaining technical documentation of devices, machines, packaging lines and production plants, and implementing its updates
-supervising and maintaining functioning of the industrial control systems and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems
-working together with improvement teams, using PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) tools to improve performance indicators and define actions for improvement 
-determine the scope of technical investments of automated systems and electric power systems and supervise their execution
-supervising and maintaining the functioning of electrical installations and equipment in areas classified as zones of explosion hazard (Ex-zones)
-participating in budgeting long-term maintenance plans, ordering spare parts, financial monitoring and taking responsibility for the financial control
-participating in activities and projects concerning technological process optimization 
-detecting causes of short and long-term delays in the production processes, fulfilling all prescribed reports (Abnormality report) and creating an action plan
-providing instructions for machine functioning and maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and environment instructions, training electricians and other team members
 
This position is for you if you have:

-Technical/Electrotechnical University degree or relevant work experience
-working experience of at least three years in relevant positions
-advanced level of English
-advanced computer skills
-experience in tools used for PLC programming and process visualization (TIA Portal, Step7, WinCC, WinCC Flexible, iFix)
-knowledge of process equipment and production/packaging machines, are familiar with technological processes and standard operative procedures
-knowledge of technical documentation and tools for electro documentation
-good communication skills and are a team player
