Offer Description

The research activity will concern the
identification and characterization of raw materials and/or semi-finished products to be
used as sources of high added value components to produce new food products
specifically designed for the nutritional needs of over 75-year-olds. In particular, new
ingredients and recipes will be tested for preparing functional foods (bakery products,
snacks and beverages) which can also include by-products from other food industry
processes, thus creating circular economy cycles with high valorization of residues.
