Mediplacements are seeking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced band 6 Audiologist to work with one of our clients based in Oxford.

This is a full-time position due to start as soon as possible with a very competetive pay rate per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
*Perform full audiological evaluations (pure tone audiometry, tympanometry, speech testing, etc.)
*Diagnose hearing and vestibular disorders and explain results clearly to patients
*Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and assistive listening devices
*Provide rehabilitation advice and long-term hearing care plans
*Deliver patient counselling on hearing health, tinnitus management, and communication strategies
*Maintain accurate clinical records in line with UK healthcare regulations
*Liaise with ENT specialists and other healthcare providers when required for referrals
*Support clinic growth through excellent patient experience and retention

Requirements
*Degree in Audiology or related field
*Registration with HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) or RCCP (UK)
*Experience in private or clinical audiology practice preferred
*Strong patient-facing communication skills
*Proficiency with modern audiology and hearing-aid programming systems

Desirable Attributes
*Experience in an established private clinic setting
*Knowledge of multiple hearing aid brands
*Interest in vestibular testing or specialist services
*Professional, polished manner suited to private healthcare environment

The successful candidate must be BSc/MSc qualified.
