You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company!Mission:As an intern among the Fleet Technical Support team, you will join the Customer Care and Technical Support team.The Fleet Technical Support team is a multidisciplinary team of engineers and its main is to provide ATR aircraft operators with efficient proactive support, to identify product improvements based on the analysis of recurrent in-service events, in view of maximizing aircraft availability and reducing the impact of technical issues on airline operations.Your mission, as a dedicated member of the team will be to support the team regarding Data Management (i.e. Knowledge Database of all existing technical topics) and improve the IT tools that we use : Sharepoint – SPOT – Power BI.Scope:During your internship you will be expected to :

• Understand the applicable process to follow and resolve technical subjects.
• Perform a mapping of all the IT existing tools and documents that we use and their interactions.
• Propose improvements on the current working process and their IT working tools to automatize some processes.
• Define the team and the other services needs to use and access the database. Think of a new working tool allowing to follow the resolving of a subjects from its creation to its closure.

• You are naturally curious and eager to apply your academic knowledge in IT, database management, and algorithms.
• With a strong analytical mindset, you actively seek opportunities to collaborate with others, exchanging ideas to find the best solutions to any challenges that arise
• Currently finishing a Master’s degree.
• Knowledge in Database management, IT support and network, algorithms & coding is a real advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in digital tools such as Power BI, excel (vba) & Sharepoint.
• You can speak English, French is not mandatory but very valuable.
• You are curious by nature & flexible.
• Aeronautical knowledge is a plus.
• Team spirit

Au sein de ce service, l’équipe Fleet Technical Support a pour objectif de résoudre les problèmes à long terme impactant la flotte en service.

Votre mission en tant que membre à part entière de l’équipe Fleet Technical Support sera de supporter l’équipe dans la gestion des bases de données (répertoires des sujets techniques existants sur la flotte en service) et d’apporter une réflexion sur l’amélioration/restructuration des outils numériques à disposition : Sharepoint – SPOT – Power Bi.Descriptif des activités proposéesLors de votre stage, vous aurez à :

• Comprendre le fonctionnement du processus de traitement des sujets techniques.
• Faire un mapping des outils numériques existants et des interactions entre eux.
• Proposer des améliorations dans les méthodologies de travail actuelles et leurs outils de travail afin d’automatiser certains processus.
• Définir un cahier des charges des besoins de l’équipe et des autres services sur l’utilisation et l’accessibilité aux bases de données. Réfléchir à un outil de travail/projet d’industrialisation permettant de suivre la résolution d’un sujet technique de sa création à sa résolution.

Ce stage est fait pour vous:

• Vous êtes curieux est souhaitez mettre en application vos connaissances académiques en informatique, gestion de données et outils numériques.
• Vous avez un esprit d’analyse et êtes ouvert à l’échange afin de trouver la solution aux problèmes rencontrés.
• Connaissances en gestion de base de données, support informatique et réseaux, algorithme, serait un avantage considérable.
• Outils numériques : Power BI, excel/vba.
• Vous maitrisez l’anglais et le français.
• Fort esprit d’équipe et d’initiative afin de proposer de nouvelles approches.
• Curieux de nature et flexible.
• Connaissances en aéronautique serait un plus.
