• Prepare Data & Analytics activities (analysis and data architecture) for building and rolling out D&A solutions so that the business gets operational, tactical and strategic insights that can be used for fact-based decisions/actions or to learn and in that way realize the business strategy & objectives
• Perform Data analyses, build and execute D&A solutions, set up data structures for further use
• Act as coach & change agent to let the company evolve into an Insight Driven Organisation
• Support data projects for delivering data to be able to successfully execute their activities

Specific skills

• At least 3 year demonstrable experience as a Data Analyst in a similar environment
• At least 1.5 year demonstrable experience with business/functional analysis
• Strong technical acumen (being able to quickly pick up new technical things, ….)
• At least 5 years – data expertise (data architecture, data products, AI, …)
• Strong knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
