Responsibilities:

-Develop and standardize the use of Standard Work in Kaunas and Fredensborg.
-Meet training related compliance requirements: generate training audit reports, maintain all training records/certificates
-Track and meet main Training/HR related KPIs
-In collaboration with Team Leaders design training programs and presentations
-Be a project leader and able to handle stakeholders, including: operators, technicians, production management, QA, and engineering functions.
-Facilitate trainings
-Administrate LMS (electronic Learning Management System)
-Generate and implement ideas to improve efficiency, quality and waste in production.
-Actively collaborate and support the Leadership team
-Be part of continuous improvement team and work with 5S implementation and optimization in production

Requirements:

-Study Degree in Production engineering or related field
-Work experience in a training and/or production-based environment
-Effective time management skills
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Being a team player
-Knowledge of MS Office
-Fluency in English and Danish
